Role Overview:

Refine, create, and publish high quality visual and video content consistently. Turn ideas and scripts into posters, carousels, infographics, and reels.

This is a creation heavy role. Minimum 5 focused hours per day.

Base stipend. Plus per reel or per post payout.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Content Refinement & Execution
Convert scripts/inspirational designs into clean carousels and infographics
Use AI tools to accelerate layout refinement
Turn research insights into visually clear, decision friendly posts
Maintain visual and tonal consistency
3 to 4 posts per week
2. Video & Reel Creation
Create engaging reels and short video stories
Add strong hooks, use relevant trends intelligently without being cringy
Improve retention and engagement over time
1 to 2 Reel posts per week
3. Operational Consistency
Maintain a predictable content pipeline
Iterate fast
